Positive ripples around Invite Sports

- We're proud to partner with East Africa Cup.

Sport builds community, hope and growth - both here at home and in East Africa. That's why we're delighted to partner with East Africa Cup.

East Africa Cup (EAC) is an annual education and culture festival for young people held in Moshi, Tanzania. Since it began in 2003, EAC has worked with a range of local organisations across East Africa to support youth development through sport, education and networking. The goal is to inspire young people to play an active role in their communities all year round - not just during the festival. Through sport and cultural activities, EAC creates meeting places across borders and gives young people the tools to engage with important issues such as peace, media literacy, gender equality, reproductive rights and the prevention of gender-based violence.

In early 2025, Invite Sports began a partnership with East Africa Cup. Invite Sports is a Scandinavian technology company delivering complete IT solutions for sports clubs and tournaments, with products that simplify registration, payment and event administration. Since it was founded in 2010, the company has developed its solutions in close dialogue with clubs across Norway and Sweden. Alongside the Cup Manager system, used in tournaments large and small, Invite Sports is also behind SuperInvite - a digital platform that streamlines payment and administration for sports organisations. The company is self-funded, profitable, and driven by a clear goal: to give sport the best tools for the future.

In 2025, Invite Sports was named Gazelle Company of the Year by Dagens Næringsliv - an honour achieved by only two percent of Norwegian companies. The award reflects the dedication and close collaboration the company shares with its customers and partners, and marks an important milestone in its journey.

The partnership with East Africa Cup is a natural extension of that commitment. By September 2025, Invite Sports had raised close to 50,000 kronor for EAC through SuperInvite. The funds go towards activities for children and young people in vulnerable situations, while also supporting EAC's work in public education and community development.
