Your own website for the tournament
Every tournament needs a website. That's why we of course offer a website system through Cup Manager.
Our websites are designed to be as simple as possible to edit and use. They're also fully integrated with the schedule and registration system.
And naturally, the websites work great on phones and tablets too!
Features and overview
A great-looking website
With Cup Manager you get a great-looking, search-engine-optimized website that can be customized to match your visual identity. In many other solutions it can look like you're just part of something bigger, but here you're the one in focus!
Super simple to edit
Editing the website is as simple as going to the page you want to change and clicking Edit. Then you just edit the text and click Save. Why make it any more complicated than that?
On top of that, our support team is always there for you if you have any questions.
Registration form, team account and schedule fully integrated
Since the website is a Cup Manager solution, it's automatically fully integrated with our other features like the schedule, team account and registration form.
That means it never looks like visitors are being sent off to some other site just to check the schedule — everything is presented as one unified experience.
Connect your Facebook page
Your website is of course only part of the tournament's marketing — you probably also have a Facebook page. Naturally, that Facebook page should be visible on your website too.
We have built-in support for linking the site to your Facebook page, so the latest news shows up directly on the website.
Sponsors
Easily add an image and link for each of your important sponsors.
You can add as many sponsors as you like, and for each one you can choose between three different positions on the page so you can set them apart from one another.
Translate into multiple languages
You can choose to translate all sections or just some of them. Any parts you don't want to translate manually can be translated automatically with Google Translate.
The website becomes one of your most important tools for information
We always recommend linking directly to the website whenever you send out a mass email or post something on Facebook. That way, team managers get into the habit of knowing that's where they'll find the latest updated information.
With a single click you can also embed videos from YouTube.
Beyond the information pages you create, you can also write both news items and articles. The idea with articles is that you can write longer, in-depth pieces about matches and the event as a whole. News items, on the other hand, contain shorter updates — things like which teams have registered, that the schedule is now published, or match results.
“We take part in the EEM Cup in Eskilstuna. Already last year I was hugely impressed by the web platform. [] Cup Manager is, by the way, among the best things I've seen on the web, even compared to things outside the world of sports. Sleek, simple, and packed with clever features without ever letting them take over the experience on the page.”
