Goals are displayed (with the scorer's name, if you like) on the website so visitors can follow matches in real time. If you also use one of our livestreaming partners, the scoreline updates automatically in the video.

Cup Manager partners with SolidSport and Streamify to deliver livestreaming of matches. Our integration means you need to do almost nothing to get started. If you also use our live results solution, the score appears in the video the moment a goal is scored.

Every tournament needs a website. We include a stylish, user-friendly website for your tournament that's easily adapted to your languages. It's simple to manage and update, and easy to adjust to match your own profile. We also support Facebook integration and adding your own sponsors.

When you choose to publish your registration form, registered teams or match schedule, they appear automatically on the website and update automatically whenever something changes in the admin system.

Every meal venue, accommodation, playing field and other location is based on the same underlying concept of a place. Besides its name, each of these places also has an address and an icon. With that information, we can automatically generate maps with directions to every location.

Once a team has registered, they get a login to their own team account. There they can take care of most of the editing themselves, saving you time. They can enter their squad list, apply for dispensations, book accommodation and provide arrival information.

After the sport itself, accommodation and meals are among the most important parts of a residential tournament. In Cup Manager, you can easily let teams book their own accommodation through the team account. Planning is simple too — just drag and drop teams onto each accommodation. Meals are just as easy: define when and where each meal takes place, and everything is presented to teams through their team account.

Our referee system includes a registration form where referees can sign themselves up to work during the tournament. Just as with teams, you get a clear overview of everyone who has signed up, and you can approve or decline referees. You can then easily assign referees to matches simply by clicking them into the schedule.

We support multiple referee positions per match, and keep track of referee licences and available times.

On top of that, the system can help you generate payroll data for each referee.

We have a check-in feature for teams, giving you a tool to manage things as teams arrive. In the tool you can easily see what a team has booked, how much they still owe, and mark them as checked in.

In the admin system you can see how many teams have checked in so far, giving you a clear overview of how things are progressing.
